Live Webinar: Panelist Discussion Featuring Storage Switzerland – HA and DR Must Haves for Cloud Based MS-SQL

October 16, 2014 by Margaret Hoagland Leave a Comment

Businesses are looking to the cloud to either be an extension of their current MS-SQL application infrastructure (Hybrid Cloud) or they are considering having their MS-SQL applications fully hosted in the cloud. A key consideration in either scenario is how they are going to provide high availability and disaster recovery to the applications so that users can continue working no matter what happens.

This webinar will feature Storage Switzerland founder, George Crump and Tony Tomarchio, Director of Field Engineering from SIOS Technology in a panelist style discussion about the best practices for selecting a method of protecting Microsoft applications and data from downtime in an AWS, Azure or other cloud environment.

Register Now >>

In this webinar, you will learn:

  1. The advantages of a hybrid cloud or full cloud MS-SQL environment
  2. The limitations of cloud environments when it comes to providing HA and DR
  3. The difficulty in implementing MS-SQL in a “hybrid” fashion
  4. How to overcome these limitations to provide full HA and DR, as well as simplify moving between on-premise and cloud based MS-SQL

Whether you want to protect applications in a private cloud within your organization, in a public cloud or across hybrid cloud infrastructure, it is important to develop an automated MS-SQL aware response to your HA and DR requirements. In this webinar, we will show you how to do just that.

All registrants will also be able to access Storage Switzerland’s extensive library of on-demand webinars, many with exclusive white papers, without having to re-register.

As is always the case with our webinars, we will leave plenty of time for questions and answers. Get your specific questions answered or just listen in to hear what your IT peers are struggling with and the solutions we recommend.

The live event will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at 1PM Eastern, 10AM Pacific, so register now!

Can’t attend? No worries, register anyway, we will send you the link to the on-demand webinar when it becomes available.
